Sunflower oil

Omega 6 y 9.

This oil is a very good source of linoleic acid with 68%, 28% oleic acid, an omega 6, an omega 9, and essential for the organism. It contains vitamin E in the form of tocopherol, which helps prevent arteriosclerosis and increases the good HDL cholesterol.

Soy oil

Omega 3, 6 y 9.

This oil is more balanced in fatty acids than olive oil, containing 54% linoleic acid, 22% oleic acid, 7% linolenic acid, and omega 3. It is recommended to combat cardiac diseases for its antioxidant properties.

Soy Lecithin

Improves memory.

Contains lecithin or phosphatidylcholine, part of the cell membrane, which helps the solubilization of bile salts and in the metabolism of fats. It also contains vitamin E, phosphorus, isoflanovas and phosphatidylserine that improve memory and cognitive ability.

Linseed

Anticancer and weight loss assistant.

Seed from the Linum plant, containing 34% carbohydrates, 40% fat, and 20% protein. It is used in the form of flour or as an oil, as a food or as medicine to treat type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, constipation and to lose weight. It contains a lot of fiber and lignans considered anti-carcinogenic. It is rich in omegas 3 fatty acids with 55% alpha-linolenic acid and 20% linoleic.

Betaglucans

Digestive.

Betaglucans are polysaccharides derived from dextrose present in oats, barley and fungi, and are known to stimulate the immune system and inhibitors of malignant cell replication, which has benefits in the treatment of cancer patients. As soluble fiber it favors the digestive processes, improves the absorption of carbohydrates and decreases the absorption of fats.
